Bob Bush - LawyerB. Ed- UBC LL. B (UBC '91) Mr. Bush graduated from UBC in 1991. Following graduation, he clerked for the B.C. Supreme Court before joining Russell & DuMoulin in Vancouver, and acted as assistant to the Chairman of the Board of Kaiser Resources. He then moved his practice to the Comox Valley where he developed and concentrated on a Plaintiff-only Personal Injury Practice. Mr. Bush does not work for insurance companies, banks or the government. He works exclusively for people who are injured and their families. |

Karen Ellis - Legal AssistantKaren is the senior Legal Assistant. She has over 30 years experience in the legal field and has been working with Mr. Bush for 16 years. Karen co-ordinates our litigation files, mediations, and trial preparation.

Sarah Ellis - Legal AssistantSarah has been working with Mr. Bush for 6 years. She is currently enrolled in the Capilano University Paralegal program. Sarah helps clients with Part 7 benefits, co-ordinates with health care providers, and assists in the litigation process of our files.

Carollyne Tracey - Office Administrator/Legal SecretaryAlong with taking care of our office administration, Carollyne also assists with co-ordinating Part 7 benefits, client contact, and working with employers & health care providers to retrieve information in preparation for settlement or trial.

Ashley Lefley - Legal SecretaryAshley is also involved in working with employers & health care providers to retrieve information for client files. She assists with document retrieval, client contact, trial document preparation and Part 7 benefits.
